The James Beard Foundation has announced its final list of nominees -- chefs, cookbook authors, and journalists -- for the 2011 James Beard Foundation Awards.
The winners will be announced at the foundation's annual gala on Monday, May 9, 2011 at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall.
