Jeremy Irons as Howard Beale in UN Hunger Campaign

To promote its new anti-hunger campaign,, the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization has enlisted actor Jeremy Irons to appear in a video that evokes the raging newsman Howard Beale in Sidney Lumet's classic 1976 film Network.

The UN campaign is an online petition for governments to address the problem of world hunger. Signatories may track their impact as friends sign up via Facebook and Twitter.

In the promotional video for the petition, Irons angrily commands viewers to go to a window and yell "I'm mad as Hell, and I'm not going to allow 1 billion people to go hungry," parroting the legendary scene in Network when Beale tells his television news audience to go to their windows and bellow, "I'm as mad as Hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!"

It's the Food and Agriculture Organization and NOT Administration. Thanks
