Mark Bittman Launches "Slog"

New York Times food writer and cookbook author Mark Bittman has launched a "slog." A food blog for sloths? No, actually. According to Bittman: "We're calling it a 'slog,' a combination of 'salon' and 'blog.'"



There is already one of these, Jim Leff's Slog has had a SLOG since May 2006.
