A panel of Ad Age reporters compares VIA, the new Starbucks instant coffee, to coffee brewed in-store and cannot tell the difference between the two.




Just shows how bad Starbucks' in-store product has gotten: their entire retail delivery chain has now been deemed superfluous compared to simply adding hot water to a packet.


Au contraire Greg, it shows that they came up with a process that could produce a uniquely competent instant product.

Why pick on one of the world's most employee-respectful companies? If you don't like their stuff, buy your own instant freeze-dried.
