Uh Oh, There's Mercury in High Fructose Corn Syrup

Two new studies find that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) contains mercury. Mercury was found in nearly half of the commercial HFCS samples tested and a third of 55 popular products tested where HFCS is a major ingredient.

'Tis (or however you spell a disgusted sound). Like HFCS isn't bad enough making us all a bunch of fatty fat sos, now this "natural" ingredient that is training our kids to be addicted to hyper-sweet stuff is actually toxic. Great (said sarcastically, in case you missed it.)

 

Now the boyfriend in the corn syrup tv ad has an answer when his girlfriend says, "What's wrong with it?" and he says "It's... ( "Got MERCURY in it!!!!!")
