In Austria, a Proposal to End Offensive Food Names

An Austrian trade association wants to do away with derogatory names for dishes like Zigeunerschnitzel ("gipsy schnitzel") and Mohr im Hemd ("Moor-in-a-shirt," a chocolate and cream confection).
