Breadfruit: A Hard Sell

Some see breadfruit as the food of the future, but its mealy texture and bland taste can be a tough sell.

It will be fun to see what chefs do breadfruit. It's kind of like tofu. I've had some pretty good tofu dishes. Breadfruit probably won't carry the "tree-hugger" connotation like tofu does if it hits the mainstream. Cool post.
