Meat Lover's Kale Salad

Actually, no meat, but there's plenty of umami (miso, pecorino) in this kale salad recipe from the otherwise carnivorous minds at L.A.'s Animal.

As a bona fidel meataholic I would definitely eat this. The only problem is that I never have miso. Looking around, miso lasts a really long time, so I may have to pick up a tub.
