Architecture et Nourriture
Reader Oskar Alegria sent in this short video he filmed which explores the parallels between architecture and cuisine at Le Dauphin, the new Paris resaturant designed by Rem Koolhaas and helmed by acclaimed chef Inaki Aizpitarte. The video is a part of a documentary about chef Aizpitarte. I have no idea what the French guys are talking about, but the images sure are beautiful.

in being able to link together two unsimilar fields like these, you get a feeling that more things in this universe could also fit together like this. i mean, who would have thought this? if you take a second you can see a simlarity in the two. constructing. both of these have to deal with designing and builing something. whether its a building or a dinner.
