on an 8 in by 8 in sheet of aluminum foil, using an organic baking potato, take a fork, and under running water score the potato with a fork, top to bottom and all the way around, then under running water pierce the potato with the fork on all sides all the way around allowing the water to enter the holes.now rub real room temp butter all over the potato then sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder over potato. wrap the potato up and cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour then turn the temp down to 200 degrees and turn the potato over and cook for another hour.please try this way of cooking a baked potato with all the fixings and shoot me an e-mail if you liked it.enjoy!!!

Hi - sounds good but might be overpowering garlic for some - we produce prime scottish venison jerky with these flavorings - one of the most popular choices but not for everyone -when we are running our baked potato business the potatoes are not pretreated at all - all the flavour comes from the delicious fillings added later - they go down a storm at t in the Park!!!!(scotlands biggest music festival)
