World Hunger Falls According to UN

World hunger estimates have fallen for the first time in 15 years according to the United Nation's Food and Agriculture Organization.

This clip does not provide enough information. Where has world hunger supposedly decreased, by how much and what is helping bring down the number? I am weary of this claim. I have recently been introduced to how severe hunger issues are in this world and from what i have learned, the issue is not getting any better. If anything, the fed are getting more full and the hungry are starving to death. I will give this quote the benefit of doubt, but with no proof to back up this statement, it is, in my mind, hardly plausible. I found a link that provides more information on the claim of this quote. As i suspected, the numbers aren't much better and they are actually worse than a few years ago.
