Great list! Some of my favorites and a few I can't wait to try.

You're missing the fries at Brentwood, which deserve a special mention because they taste almost exactly like McDonald's fries, only made with real potatoes. Pretty amazing.

Also, a guilty pleasure (as if French Fries aren't guilty enough) is the steak fries from Jerry's Famous Deli. Massive hunks of potato with just the right amount of crispiness.

Greaaaaaat list Josh.

I think it really depends on your fry style- shoe string? steak? curly? waffle? Then you can break it down. Here's also some of my favorites:

1. Regular fries- Upstairs 2/Comme Ca
2. Shoestring- Father's Office
3. Waffle - The Waffle (though they sort of have a stronghold over the waffle fry market)
