Agenda: Let's Talk About Food Writing

Brillat-savarin A food writing conference featuring leading journalists, cookbook authors, and other food media folk will convene at the Roger Smith Hotel (501 Lexington Ave.) in New York City on February 12 to 14.

On the table for discussion: the craft of food writing, the future of food writing and cookbook publishing and amaid the rise of the Internet, and the eternal question (at least for me): "How to make a living as a food writer?"

$195 per person, plus additional fees for writing workshops (more details).

Good stuff as per usual, thanks. I do hope this kind of thing gets more exposure.
