A Florida man discovered the residue of a gutted frog in his can of Pepsi.

I was on a jury for a similar case. Pepsi proved it was impossible for the contamination to occur at their plant. The judge admonished the plaintiff that if they didn't immediately withdraw their complaint, he was prepared to issue a contempt charge pending a fraud finding and a lengthy jail sentence, plus a finding that the suit was frivolous and that they would have to reimburse Pepsi for all their legal costs. The plaintiff immediately withdrew their case. I suggest these Florida plaintiffs do the same or suffer the consequences. Pepsi will not give them a penny.

Unbelievable! I found an entire dead rat (4"Length) in a bag of frozen vegetables and my lawyer said there was no suit unless I ate part/whole rat and then went to the ER to pump my stomach!! Disgusting! You couldn't miss the thing sitting in the pan and I thought my eyes were deceiving me!

BTW, I contacted the company and they told me to return to the store with the bag of veggies/rat and the store would send a rep to p/u the entire bag for the food company. The food company said they would dissect the rat to see if it ate the veg and to see where it originated from...i.e. what fields/farm, etc. And to see if I sabotaged the food, I'm sure. So I did what they asked and I did a bit of bitching. The company sent me $150 check. Which I did not expect but was a nice gesture.

I can understand the rat (We checked the muzzle/teeth and my Hubby said, "definitely not a mouse, honey!") being in the vegetables due to farming. But a frog/froggy parts in a soda can? How's that happen, I wonder? Those places are supposed to be super-sanitized. BeHappy-SlurpSoba
