I love Parsley and the flavor of garlic too.
I wish to add a little bit of salt and lemon juice to make this more interesting.
May be, finely chopped onions, carrot, tomato, cucumber with little bit of pepper would be great!

Totally agree! I love these two chopped together and Atkens Diet Plan's suggestion of salt and lemon juice is great.
I love to combine it with chicken on the barbecue.
Perhaps there's an all-seafood version out there.
