Can You Trademark a Chocolate Bunny?
European courts are reviewing whether Lindt can enforce its trademark on bunnies sculpted out of chocolate.

As you may know, I'm a chocolate Easter bunny scholar. I researched this several years ago, but haven't gotten around to adding it to my website, Brooklyn made chocolate Easter bunnies much before Lindt ever did:
