A Day a Whey
Saxelby Cheesemongers will lead a trip to the Valley Shepherd Creamery in Long Valley, New Jersey, which produces farmstead cheese, yogurt, and gelato from the milk of East Fresian sheep. Sip the Sparklers
Murray's Cheese will offer a course on sparkling wines from around the world, from Austria to Australia. The class, which includes a tasting of wines paired with cheese, will take place on Monday, June 4, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at at 54 Bleecker Street. $75/person (reserve online).
