A Day a Whey
Saxelby Cheesemongers will lead a trip to the Valley Shepherd Creamery in Long Valley, New Jersey, which produces farmstead cheese, yogurt, and gelato from the milk of East Fresian sheep. The Culinary Historians of New York will present a discussion by Mark F. Sohn, PhD, author of Appalachian Home Cooking: History, Culture, & Recipes, on the food and folklore of Appalachia, on Monday, June 4, 6:30 P.M., at Moore Brothers Wines, 2nd floor, 33 East 20th Street. $40/person.

Sip the Sparklers
