Saxelby
Cheesemongers will lead a trip to the Valley Shepherd Creamery in Long
Valley, New Jersey, which produces farmstead cheese, yogurt, and gelato
from the milk of East Fresian sheep. The day-long tour and picnic takes
place on Sunday, June 3 (transportation leaves from Saxelby

Sip the Sparklers
Murray's Cheese will offer a course on sparkling wines from around the world, from Austria to Australia. The class, which includes a tasting of wines paired with cheese, will take place on Monday, June 4, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at at 54 Bleecker Street. $75/person (reserve online).
