Eat Your Heart Out: Edible Books of Love & Revenge
The annual benefit for the Center for Book Arts will feature edible books created by artists matched with chefs from the French Culinary Institute (the theme of last year's benefit was "Books That Kill: Edible Mystery Thrillers"). This year's event will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, at the Center for Book Arts, 28 West 27th Street, 3rd Floor. Tickets start at $75, raffle tickets at $10 (212.481.0295).

Champagne and Oysters
Murray's Cheese will feature a tasting of sparkling wines and oysters on Wednesday, March 21, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., at Murray's Cheese, 254 Bleecker Street. $85/person (212.243.3289, ext. 12).

Beer Dinner
HQ restaurant will host a four-course dinner paired with beers from the Captain Lawrence Brewing Company on Wednesday, March 21, 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at HQ, 90 Thompson Street. $45/person (212.966.2755).

Whole Grains Luncheon
The Peninsula New York Hotel will present a whole grains lunch and talk by Lorna Sass, author of Whole Grains Every Day, Every Way, on Saturday, March 24, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., at the Bar at Fives at the Peninsula New York Hotel, $65/person, including lunch and book (212.903.3873).

High Tea & Treats
Chanterelle's "Sunday Salons" series will feature a tasting of teas paired with food, led by tea purveyor Sebastian Beckwith of In Pursuit of Tea, on Sunday, March 25, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Chanterelle, 2 Harrison Street, $55/person (212.966.6960).

Dine in Brooklyn
