CheeseandcoffeeMurray's Cheese and Joe the Art of Coffee will team up to present a tasting of fresh, aged, rustic, and sweet cheeses paired with single origin coffees and espressos. Raw Milk vs Pasteurized Cheese: Separating Fact from Fiction, Maitre Fromager Max McCalman will discuss the debate over raw milk versus pasteurized cheeses -- including safety issues, laws, and nutritive values -- along with a comparative tasting paired with wine, Wednesday, November 29, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, 500 West 37th Street, 2nd Floor, entrance on 10th Avenue. $75/person (877.797.1200).
