The Gourmet Institute, Gourmet magazine will present its annual "behind-the-scenes" weekend of panel discussions, cooking demonstrations, and wine & spirits tastings. Featured chefs include Dan Barber, Daniel Boulud, Anthony Bourdain, Tom Colicchio, Gabrielle Hamilton, Eric Ripert, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, among others.
