The 2007 Michelin Guide ratings for New York City restaurants have been released (complete press release here).
Notably, Alain Ducasse and Nobu, among others, lost their stars, Danube dropped from two stars to one, and newcomer Del Posto received a pair of étoiles.

Basically, it was removed because it will close in January 2007 to relocate:
"'This is a guide for 2007 and it was not right to keep it in,' said Jean-Luc Naret, the director of the guides. 'We’ll re-evaluate it when it reopens. They understand that.'"

One of the worst meals I had last year was at BLT Fish, one of the most overrated places in town. I'm glad it was dropped.
