2. 10th Annual Iberian Festival, featuring guest chefs cooking the regional cuisines of Spain, Monday, February 9, through Friday, March 5, at the Roger Smith Hotel, 501 Lexington Avenue (212.755.1400, ext. 305).
3. A discussion of the Futurist movement, popularized in the 1930s, will include speaker Romy Golan, a professor at CUNY, who will talk about Futurist food.
