NYT Magazine Food Pages Revamped

Following the departure of food editor Amanda Hesser, the New York Times Magazine has unveiled a series of new columns for its food pages. Dining section editor Pete Wells will write a column on cooking with his son; former dining editor Sam Sifton will write about restaurant tricks for home cooks; and new Food Editor Christine Muhlke will pen a series of profiles of "America’s food revolutionaries."

Correction: The Cheat is, in fact, not a new column, but an existing one (the last installment appeared in 2005). Amanda Hesser will continue writing her Recipe Redux column, rounding out the magazine's food coverage.
